Empower students to know what to do; what to say and
how to pay The Intern Place (TIP) supports a new educational mission that facilitates
meaningful interaction outside the classroom. It is through social, cultural, leadership, educational and recreational experiences
that learning can be begin and students can then be encouraged and liberated. TIP’s student development
work promotes purposeful involvement of students by:
Fostering opportunities in which students share ideas freely and work collaboratively Providing safe and knowledgeable settings for learning through various partnerships Offering opportunities to develop leadership skills via speakers, internships. Study abroad programs,
etc. Supporting growth and liberation through networking and mentoring

TIP’s business development work promotes purposeful involvement of businesses by: Assisting businesses in penetrating the educational market through public relations campaigns, fundraising, branding,
or program development Identifying appropriate resources through philanthropy, premiums
or other sources for the enhancement of educational programs, drives, projects, etc. Providing platforms for information for students, educators, parents, etc. Supporting growth and liberation through mentoring and networking
